Vertechs can design, install and maintain hot water and central heating systems which incorporate Oil, Natural gas, LPG and Solid fuel boilers and Air source heat pumps. Systems can be designed to meet exact requirements and can be incorporated into new build or refurbishment projects.

Wet central heating systems use a heat source to raise the temperature of water in the system which is then used to transfer heat to parts of the property where it is needed. The heat is dissipated in living areas using traditional radiators, which are available in a large variety of styles, or luxurious underfloor heating, which are pipes under the flooring as the name suggests. Large utility and garage areas can be heated using air heaters which are connected to the heating system.

Hot water systems can be designed and installed to provide instant hot water at draw off points and adequate pressure and flow rates which will allow several high performance showers to be used concurrently. This level of hot water performance would be expected in lager properties and can be achieved even with low incoming mains pressures. Vertechs can produce specialist designs of hot water cylinders for manufacture to suit any application.
